FEEL CONFIDENT AND BEAUTIFUL
At Cristal Walker Beauty, every brow is designed with care, restraint, and respect for individuality.
My goal is simple: brows that feel like you, just supported.
BROW TYPES
Customized, Refined Brow Tattooing
Designed by Experience
Most clients come to me asking for Microblading. In reality, Microblading is just one technique and not always the best choice.
My role is not to have you choose a brow “type.”
My role is to design the right brow approach for your skin, features, and long-term goals.
With over two decades in the beauty industry and advanced training in multiple cosmetic tattoo techniques, I approach brows with a long-term, skin-respectful mindset.
Every brow design considers:
Your natural brow growth
Skin type and healing response
Facial balance and bone structure
Lifestyle and maintenance preference
How pigment will soften and age over time
The technique is selected for you, not the other way around.
COMMONLY REQUESTED BROW STYLES
Hair-Stroke Brows (Microblading or Nano)
Designed to mimic natural brow hairs for a very soft, subtle enhancement.
Best suited for:
Clients with existing brow hair
Those wanting the most natural look
Skin types that can support fine strokes
This style does not provide full coverage and may still require light makeup filling. Results soften and fade gradually over time.
Soft Shaded Brows (Powder or Ombré)
Designed to resemble softly filled-in brows, similar to a light makeup effect.
Ideal for:
All skin types
Clients wanting more definition or coverage
Those with previous brow tattoo work that has healed blurred
This option tends to heal very evenly and last longer than hair-stroke-only techniques.
Hybrid / Combo Brows
A customized blend of hair strokes and soft shading for added dimension.
This is often ideal when:
You want natural detail with more fullness
Brows are sparse or uneven
Longevity and balance are priorities

Eyebrow tattooing FAQ
-
Brow tattooing is considered semi-permanent.
While pigment remains in the skin, it is placed superficially and will soften and fade gradually over time. This allows results to evolve naturally rather than remain harsh or fixed. -
Microblading is a manual hair-stroke technique. It can be beautiful when appropriate, but it is not ideal for every skin type.
There are also machine-based and shaded techniques that often heal more predictably and age better long-term.
The technique used is determined by your skin, lifestyle, and desired outcome not by trend names. -
We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.
-
Most clients are candidates for brow tattooing, but not all techniques suit all skin types.
During your consultation, I evaluate:
Skin type and sensitivity
Healing history
Oil production
Existing brow work
From there, I select the approach that will heal and wear best for you.
-
Discomfort is minimal for most clients.
A topical numbing agent is used, and the sensation is typically described as pressure or light scratching rather than pain.Sensitivity varies, but the process is very manageable. Most clients consider it their “nap” time.
-
Initial full brow sessions typically take 2–3 hours
A follow-up session is recommended within 5 weeks to 3 months.
Follow-up appointments usually take 1–2 hours
This allows time for consultation, mapping, treatment, and proper numbing.
-
Brow tattooing is a layered process.
The follow-up session allows me to:
Assess how your skin healed
Perfect shape, color, and density
Ensure long-term balance and softness
This approach protects skin health and improves longevity.
-
Results typically last 1–3 years, depending on:
Skin type
Technique used
Lifestyle and sun exposure
Skincare routine
Maintenance touch-ups are optional and based on personal preference.
-
Yes.
If you choose not to continue with touch-ups, your brows will gradually fade rather than remain harsh or discolored.
*If you are a covered up client, fading is contingent on what’s already deposited into skin. -
In many cases, yes.
Shaded or hybrid techniques are often ideal for refreshing or improving previous work that has healed blurred or uneven. An assessment is required to determine the best approach.
